This job is an exciting opportunity for ambitious salespeople who look for an opportunity to advance their career! Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for working with global prospects to find what they want, understand problems and implications and pitch solutions to meet their needs. They will be responsible for both virtual and in-person meetings with global CXOs and Middle Management to align RChilli solutions with their needs and ensure a win-win for both. They will also be responsible for maintaining detailed notes, track email and calling activities to ensure the sales targets are met. They will need to ensure continuous, persistent sales follow-up and setup a dedicated sales process to ensure success.

Job Description:
● Participate in tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company
● Demonstrate and present products/solutions to prospects
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
● Collaborate with other teams to achieve better results
● Build/Manage the inside sales representative’s team.
● Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
● Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
● Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
● Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
● Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
● Build an open-communication environment for your team.
● Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
● Build/manage account-based selling process.
● Enable team to source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails follow-ups.
● Help in Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest.


Required Candidate Profile:
● 5 - 8 years of experience in inside sales/business development/marketing field
● Proven work experience as an Inside sales manager.
● Hands on experience with CRM software.
● In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and team management skills.
● Candidate must have good command on written and spoken English.
● Strong analytical and organizational skills.
● Ability to work in a flexible work schedule.
● Strong Analytical, Organizational and Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
● Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
● Proactively follow up with leads generated.
● MBA Degree is Sales/HR /Marketing.
● Knowledge of HubSpot is added advantage.
