HRTechConf Experience

What a grand show it was! Yes, we are talking about the most awaited event of 2017 – HR Tech Conference held in Las Vegas in October. ‘The Venetian’ was dazzling in its sparkling glory, being the venue of the event. It was an excellent platform which saw a beautiful amalgamation of influential HR Tech market leaders, speakers, and companies.

The event witnessed more than tens of thousands of attendees and 400+ exhibitors who were showcasing their products and innovations with full enthusiasm. Each exhibitor had a specific booth dedicated to his product/ company. Many new product announcements were made which would surely bring a change in the HR Tech world.

Everyone got a chance to interact with renowned HR professionals from various HR companies and consultancies. Participants were mainly senior HR executives, HR generalists, HR system leaders and software vendors. This conference proved to be a perfect hub where everyone could meet, connect and share their opinions.

Many presentations were made which were very thought-provoking. It was quite inspiring to listen to HR industry speakers who shared their vision about the future of HR technology. There were many breaks planned in between the sessions which gave everyone a great opportunity to build networks.

As the main theme of the event was ‘Women in HR Technology’, Patricia Milligan, Global Leader, Multinational Client Group, Mercer, talked about major blocks faced by women in getting to the top positions and how female representation can be maintained at all levels in the organization.

David Kingsley, SVP Employee Success, Salesforce, focused upon how companies, organizations, and businesses can enhance employee engagement through various technology tools.

Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder, Bersin by Deloitte, gave the closing note. He addressed the role of chat, collaboration products, and leading companies in creating AI platforms to accelerate recruitment process.

This conference was important for RChilli as we exhibited on this platform for the first time ever. With Hiring AI 3.0 as our main theme, we had two major announcements to be made. One was launching of ‘Platform Integration’ and another was ‘Acquisition of CandidateZip’. Even with fierce competition all around, many visitors stopped by our booth and liked our new updates:

  1. Enrichment marketplace
  2. Integration of RChilli technologies at project manager level which means no coding is required.

Vinay Johar, CEO of RChilli, and the team made sure to leave no stone unturned in making this event a success. We prepared for the show with complete dedication, excitement, and enthusiasm and we are glad our hard work has paid off.

It was truly a learning experience as we got an opportunity to meet HR professionals and interact with HR Innovators.

Kudos to HR Tech team who managed everything as planned. With so many tasks to be handled with speakers and exhibitors, they made sure that there was no delay in any program.
